Stamping
Punch the stainless steel sheet into various shapes of matal shells
Paving
Bonding the ceramic based and metal shell with waterproof glue to form a basic chip, paving these chips to various shapes of mosaics with different paving boards
Mesh Mounted
Soak the back mesh with glue, cover on the back of the mosaic products after full infiltration, and put these products into the drying line to dry in order
Attach Film with low viscosity
As there be protective film with raw materials of stainless steel, this protective film will be tear off when checking the quality of finished products, the defective chips will be replaced before attach a new film with low viscosity.
