Technical Specification

Water Based Paint

Use water-based paint with low formaldehyde content and no pollution.

Natural Scarring or Scab

Generally acceptable, reflecting natural effects, but will fall off and cause penetrating holes.

Surface

Peeling off the paint on the surface is not acceptable.

Size Standard

+/- 0.2mm acceptable.

Tape

Without viscosity is not acceptable;
Mulch of tape's peel off is not acceptable.

Color

Colors of plank should be roughly the same ;
In order to preserve lumber natural grain, paint won't be covered too thick, and fully give priority to transparent, and the depth after wiredrawing processing and lumber natural grain will cause the shade of colors, tonal in roughly consistent is acctapble

Technical Process

Carbonization

Pine Wood standard sheet (140 L x 14W x 38H) in carbonation, curing it's physical property,and it's living environment of insect would not exist. (deep carbonation in 3 days )

Saw and Cut

Cut into standard size and thickness strip

Pressure the resin into wood

By pressing the resin into the wood in vacuum, after that, dried and solidified in 150°C hign TEMP to prevent the wood from absorbing water

Back Groove

With grooves, by cutting off the veins of the wood panels, eliminate the deformation and cracking caused by tension and gravitation
